These days, he leads Capstrat’s creative and digital teams to do their best work for large corporations and non-profits. Through Capstrat Boomerang – their employee-led philanthropic group — they annually donate talents and funds to needy non-profits. Two years ago, Todd started Capstrat Labs as an opportunity to jumpstart local, interesting organizations while also giving his team chances to do work they may not otherwise be able to.
