Preflight Academy  - Make Your Printer Happy

Every designer, at some point, has poured their heart and soul into a design for a client. You’ve been through rounds of color changes, making it bigger, no…wait, smaller,  and picked just the right typefaces. Yet, nothing’s worse than having a call from the printer the next morning with problem files.
 
Now, there may not be any flaws in your actual design. It communicates the client’s message, clearly. Except there may be flaws in how the files were designed. Part of Chris' job in a graphics department is to examine files, determine if everything needed is provided and will flow through the system with no issues.  More often than not, he find most printing problems can be avoided. That’s what he'll be sharing with you in Preflight Academy.
