Homegrown | Handmade Packaging: Incorporating Artisanal Elements into Your Design Work

Creating handmade elements are good for the designer’s soul. It’s good for business too, as more people crave the textures, imperfections and warmth of hand-made objects, reconnecting them with the long line of artists before them and breaking out of the computer box and getting their hands dirty. Andy Kurtts, Design Manager of The Fresh Market, will walk the audience through a few real world examples from his work where he was able to incorporate elements as well as share ways to get your own hands dirty.

Check out his  INTRO video on our vimeo channel.
