“Do it for the kids!”

AIGA Raleigh and HP Graphic Arts are joining forces to create 100 card kits for the patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in an initiative dubbed Design for Hope. With your help, each card will be a unique work of art that will not only put a smile on a patient’s face, but also the person they choose to give the card to!

Below is a PDF that explains the initiative, the timeline, the specs, and how you can participate.

Please download it and feel free to reach out to Taylor Cashdan with any questions. For Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator templates, click here.

Our goal is 1,000 individual pieces of submitted art between July 1st and August 31st, and we need YOU to help make it happen. We look forward to seeing what you create!

FAQ

Q: Do we have to submit a full card set?

A: Nope! You can do as many, or as few, cards as you’d like–just please stick to the categories.

Q: Can we submit more than one for the same category?

A: Yes! You can submit multiple for the same category if you’d like.

Q: Do I have to be an AIGA or AIGA Raleigh member (or a designer) to participate?

A: Nope! This is open to anyone and everyone! You don’t have to be a designer, either; we recommend collaboration for sending over the final files, though, just to make sure they meet the specs.
