The AIGA Raleigh November 2019 Community Meeting with a focus on GRATITUDE.

This month we are focusing on gratitude. Each November we are prompted to express our gratitude as we gather with loved ones over Thanksgiving dinner. We leave the table with our bellies and our hearts full. The positive feeling we get from expressing and receiving gratitude has proven benefits, like sleeping better, a healthier immune system, and a more positive outlook on life. It can also transform your workplace. Join us as we talk about creating a culture of gratitude at work.

*****We will be gathering upstairs in the space above Gravy Italian American Restaurant. The door is to the left of the giant wooden spoon on the wall beside the front windows of Gravy. Parking is available in the Wilmington Street Deck or the Alexander Square Parking Deck***** 

Our Community Meetings are interactive, free and open to everyone.
