Reviewers & Volunteers needed for 2014 Student Portfolio Review

The new year has arrived and we are preparing for one of our biggest events—the 2014 AIGA Raleigh Student Portfolio Review. The Student Portfolio Review is an event established for senior, undergraduate level students that are beginning their transformation as emerging designers. As a participant, students will receive constructive, one-on-one evaluation of their work from a variety of design professionals located in the Triangle area. As students prepare their portfolios and we set the stage, AIGA Raleigh personally invites you to be a part of this year’s annual event.

Students: We’d love for you to volunteer, pitch in, and help manage the event. Have the ability to interact and network with design professionals in the Triangle area as well as get a taste for what the Student Portfolio Review is like!

Emerging Designers: Volunteer to assist the Directors, manage the event, and have the opportunity to network with local design professionals as well as students. As you’ve just completed your transition into the design industry, you’re aware of what it takes to land that first design job and know the influence that feedback has on your work. We’d love to have your leadership and insight to make this year a success.

Professionals: We want you and your expertise! Volunteer as a reviewer and check out the newest talent that the Triangle has to offer. Guide up-and coming designers with your valuable insights and advice, and maybe even find that shiny, new intern you’ve been looking for.

Sign up today to be a volunteer or a reviewer for the 2014 AIGA Raleigh Student Portfolio Review! Confirmed date and location to be coming soon. Stay tuned!
