Web 101 Registration opening soon!

It almost time for school again, and with school starting back we are once again kicking off Web 101.

Web 101 is an event series that teaches Web Design to Graphic Designers. The class will be taught from current web design experts that are working in the field. What a great way to learn firsthand from the pros!!! Another great advantage to learning this way is the remarkable financial savings. This class will only cost a fraction of what college classes would cost.

The early bird cost is $225 for AIGA members and $250 for the general public. The standard cost is $275 for AIGA members and $299 for the general public. Capstrat will be our hosts for this series which spans for six months, meeting every other week.

The Web 101 curriculum focuses on five main areas which include Strategy, Content, UX, Design, and Code. The books that will be used are “HTML & CSS” by John Ducket and “The Strategic Web Designer” by Chris Butler. The cost of these materials will be included in the registration, which will open later this week.
